Cat Smells. Language Practice

I’ve decided to keep track of my cats’ scents. They change subtly every few days. So

Shelly: Maple syrup and sausage

Ciaran: Some spice - maybe ginger and cinnamon.

I’ve been learning Japanese. My vocabulary now consists of several nouns including man, woman, boy, girl, elephant, airplane, and car; a few verbs such as run, jump, fall, dance, and fly; and two prepositions, above and below. I’m also supposed to know “in” as in “a woman in a car” but I haven’t actually caught the word yet, only the fact that it isn’t above or below. I moved into the numbers lessons the other day and that isn’t making any sense yet. I should have them down in another couple of sessions.

I’m back in touch with Hillary again. So very happy to renew our friendship.

That is such a coincidence! Today, I decided to start writing down what my boyfriends farts smelled like:
    8am: Maple Syrup
    9am: Sausage
    10am: Ginger
    11am: Cinnamon

Hahaha! No, seriously they all smell like burnt maple syrup.
Wish you were here. Listened to you on cassette today singing and felt a sudden pang of loneliness for my ol’ buddy Joe.
    *sigh*
