Comments

I’m re-enabling comments over on LiveJournal, but I wanted to make you all aware that I’d really like you to comment over at my website instead.

I just installed a text/image security plugin to stymie spam bots, so you don’t need to register at quasijo.com to comment anymore. Unless you really want to. I’d like it if you did.

That’s all for now. I need to go see 300.

Cat smells: Shelly has shifted to smelling like dish soap. He must have been getting under the sink again.

I was thinking you could put a rubber band around the knobs for the cabinets to keep them closed, but then I looked at the pictures again and found that you had no cabinet knobs.

Perhaps you could keep them closed from the inside, somehow? Maybe a pushpin in the back of each door and then a rubber band around each? Then you could get in, but the cats would have to think harder.

Good ideas. The doors are covered in that stuff furniture people call foil. Some kind of metal-backed veneer. I bought magnets to hold the doors, but I need a drill to get through that foil and I haven’t bought one yet. When it comes down to it, the expense of keeping them out of the cabinets is much greater than the cost of letting them have fun and enjoying them having that fun.
