Cat smells: Shelly has shifted to smelling like dish soap. He must have been getting under the sink again.
I’ve decided to keep track of my cats’ scents. They change subtly every few days. So

I’ve been learning Japanese. My vocabulary now consists of several nouns including man, woman, boy, girl, elephant, airplane, and car; a few verbs such as run, jump, fall, dance, and fly; and two prepositions, above and below. I’m also supposed to know “in” as in “a woman in a car” but I haven’t actually caught the word yet, only the fact that it isn’t above or below. I moved into the numbers lessons the other day and that isn’t making any sense yet. I should have them down in another couple of sessions.
I’m back in touch with Hillary again. So very happy to renew our friendship.

Photo post time. It’s cold here. We have snow. My car is iced into its spot and I had to miss work today. It’s been a beautiful day, though, and I’m glad to be home. Here’s the last couple of days in pictures.

I’ve installed WordPress at my website since I’m tired of keeping Putty on my keychain out of absolute necessity. Putty should be a tool for joy, not a millstone. And that’s all for now. I’ll get my old content linked up soon, though if you know URLs for things like my World of Warcraft UI mods and Epic Noob content you should still be able to reach them.
